What we collect

If you join the list: your email, and if you tell us, whether you're a student or parent, your gender, age range, and city. If you sign in with Google we also get your name and profile photo. If you upload a clip: the video file and basic details about it (length, dimensions, when it was sent).

If you post gigs: your business name, link, logo, description, and the gigs you post.

Why

• To email you gigs that fit who you are and where you are. That's the whole point of the list.
• To let a business review clips submitted to their gig and select the ones they want.
• To pay you when your clip is selected.

What businesses see

A business sees the clips submitted to its gig and the audience details it asked for (for example, "parent, Dallas"). It does not see your email address or name unless you put them in the video yourself.

Your clips

Clips are stored privately. A clip you submit is shown only to the business that posted that gig and to ExperiaView staff reviewing it. If a business selects your clip and you are paid, that business receives a 12-month license to use it in advertising. Clips that are not selected are not licensed to anyone and are deleted within 90 days of the gig closing.

Who we share with

Service providers that run the site: Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and Google (sign-in). We don't sell your data and we don't run ads.

Your choices

Email info@experiaview.com to see, change, or delete anything we hold about you, or to leave the list. Every email we send has a way to stop them.

Age

You must be 18 or older to join the list or submit a clip. Clips that show children must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
